Kevin P. Reynolds

Kevin is President and majority shareholder of EJReynolds, Inc. He began his career as an assistant plan administrator with the qualified plan division of Mutual Benefit Life in Miami. After receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University in Miami, he worked as a programming consultant with Financial Data Planning Corp. After five years at FDP and two years as a Senior Benefits Consultant with Deloitte & Touche, he joined the family business in 1991. He is currently responsible for the marketing and development of the firm. He has been designated as an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent which allows him to communicate more effectively with the Internal Revenue Service on his clients’ behalf on certain retirement plan issues including determination letters, compliance resolution, plan documentation and issues pertaining to Form series 5500 and 5300. Kevin has also earned the designations of Certified Pension Consultant, Tax-Exempt and Government Plan Consultant, Qualified Pension Administrator and Qualified 401(k) Plan Administrator from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). Mr. Reynolds is a member of the Miramar-Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Financial Planning Association – Ft. Lauderdale Chapter. A designated member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries since 1989, Mr. Reynolds is President of the South Florida Chapter of the ASPPA Benefits Council, and has been instrumental in providing education and networking opportunities for the retirement industry. Enjoying the beginnings of being an "empty nester", Kevin resides in Pembroke Pines with his wife Leslie and their many pets.

Eva J. Reynolds

Eva Reynolds, the founder of EJReynolds, Inc., has over thirty years of employee benefits experience. Specializing in pension consulting, administration and marketing, Ms. Reynolds earned the Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 1975 and holds a certificate in Advanced Pension Planning from The American College. She began her pension career in 1971 as a pension consultant for Mutual Benefit Life in Miami, where she performed plan administration for approximately 200 pension plans. Eventually, she helped the General Agent establish Deferred Compensation Plans, Inc., a full-service administration firm. In 1983, she decided to venture out on her own and opened EJReynolds, Inc. Ms. Reynolds is a member of the Broward Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the National Association of Women Business Owners, American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) Benefits Council of South Florida, and the Broward Chapter of the Financial Planning Association. Ms. Reynolds is a past President of the National Association of Women Business Owners (Miami Chapter), the American Society of CLU and ChFC (Miami Chapter) and the South Florida Employee Benefits Council. She has been a resident of South Florida since 1971 and has two sons and three grandchildren

Leslie A. Reynolds

Leslie began her career as an Assistant Human Resources Director for Beth Israel Hospital in Passaic, New Jersey. After moving to Florida, she worked as an Assistant to the Vice President of Hotel Operations for Renaissance Cruise Lines prior to becoming the Office Manager for the local Accounting and Auditing firm of Mutnick and Associates. In her current capacity with EJReynolds, she is responsible for the supervision of all plan administration. She has been designated as a Qualified Plan Administrator and an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent, which allows her to communicate more effectively with the Internal Revenue Service on the clients’ behalf on certain retirement plan issues including determination letters, compliance resolution, plan documentation and issues pertaining to Form series 5500 and 5300.

Sandra Y. Herran

Sandra Y. Herran has been with EJReynolds since 2007. She also began her pension career as an Assistant Administrator and has advanced to a Plan Administrator. Her varied background as a Mortgage Consultant, Bookkeeper, Insurance Agent, and Office Manager has provided her the key skills of client service and project management that are so vital to Plan Administration. Sandra strives to bring value to all of her client relationships and takes pride in tackling even the most complex issues. She is fluent in Spanish and loves to spend her weekends riding her motorcycle.

Jean Claude Louissaint

Jean-Claude Louissaint has been working in the Defined Contribution field for over 25 years. JC started his career with MetLife in the Benefits area and moved up to the Pension 401(k) Administration Unit. In the senior role of Team Leader and Business Analyst, JC led and trained the administrative staff in plan processing along with other responsibilities. While at MetLife, both his managers and peers named JC as Employee of the Year for his service to clients. JC is known as a trouble-shooter who takes particular satisfaction in tackling difficult problems. JC’s dedication and patience with both clients and team members have contributed to his long career. He is a seasoned administrator who is also fluent in Creole and French, and a welcome addition to the EJReynolds staff.
