Caycee Bardol
Caycee is the Implementation Manager for EJReynolds, Inc., overseeing all phases of plan onboarding and implementation to ensure seamless transitions for new and existing clients. She began her career in the retirement industry in 2019 as a distributions processor. She quickly advanced into senior leadership roles within Operations, gaining hands-on experience across document preparation, plan setup, and cross-platform coordination. Known for her strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach, she manages project timelines, prepares plan documents and amendments, and leads special projects that improve implementation efficiency and client experience. Caycee earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a concentration in Business Writing in 2026 and is pursuing further education in the retirement industry to deepen her technical expertise. Outside of work, Caycee is passionate about fundraising for cancer research and enjoys traveling, bowling, and spending time with her family.
