Mayling Diaz

Mayling is a Plan Administrator for EJReynolds, responsible for all aspects of the review process. Her additional duties as Implementation Manager include preparing new plan documents, plan amendments and IRS required plan restatements. She interacts with various investment platforms on a daily basis to ensure a smooth transition for onboarding new clients, or, when our existing clients may move from one program to another. She began her impressive pension career in 2007 working as a paralegal for a third-party administration firm where she provided document and amendment support. Mayling earned her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and has completed the Retirement Plan Fundamentals program offered by ASPPA. She also successfully completed the Qualified 401(k) Plan Administrator program, earning her QKA designation and is working toward furthering her education in the Pension Industry. She is fluent in Spanish and loves to spend her weekends spending quality time with her family or volunteering with her church.
